Exchange and Return

At Next Level Hair, we are proud of our luxury hair extensions and the integrity of our company. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us at info@nextlevelhair.com and let us know.

Can I return a hair extension?
While we have a strict NO REFUND policy, we do allow product exchanges within ten days of purchase. To receive the exchange, you must return the unaltered and unused hair extensions in the original packaging with the receipt.

How do I make an exchange?
Before you return your hair extensions, please send an email with your original order and tracking information to info@nextlevelhair.com along with your desired replacement product. We must approve the exchange prior to you sending back your original hair extension purchase.  As part of our reply, we’ll provide you with the necessary RMA code. Every exchange requires an RMA code which must be written on the outside of the package.

Will I need to pay shipping charges when returning a product for exchange?
Yes. If returning a luxury hair extension, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges. If your replacement product is more expensive than the product you are returning, you will be responsible for paying the difference in the cost.

What if my replacement product is less expensive than the product I’m returning?
If your replacement product is less expensive than the product you’re returning, any difference left over after shipping charges will be credited back to your form of payment used to make the initial purchase.


Shipping

How soon after I order something will you ship my package?
Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours of being placed. All packages going to U.S. addresses are shipped via USPS (Priority Mail) and all international orders are shipped via Fed Ex. Please enter your address information carefully! Incorrect shipping addresses may result in delays and additional shipping costs. Normal shipping time (i.e., not expedited) within the U.S. is typically 2-4 working days. 

Will I receive any tracking information on my shipment?
As soon as we ship your package, we will automatically provide, via email, tracking information for your shipment.

Should I call Next Level Hair with questions about when my package will arrive?
No. Once items are shipped, the delivery is solely in the hands of the USPS. If you want to track your package, visit www.USPS.com, using the tracking information we provided to you by email when we confirmed your product shipment.

What if I need to get a product fast?
While we offer an overnight shipping option, the bigger issue is product availability: Orders are shipped based upon item availability, and we can not guarantee all items will be available at all times. If you are placing a time-sensitive order, please contact us at info@nextlevelhair.com prior to placing your order.

Is overnight shipping service available?
Yes, we offer overnight shipping at an additional cost. See your shipping options when you check out.

What if the product I ordered is unavailable?
Sometimes products are not available for immediate shipping. If that’s the case with any item(s) in your order, we will notify you by email about the backorder status with an estimated ship date. At that time, you can choose to wait for the product to ship or cancel your order.

What happens if my shipment is late?
While we count on USPS to deliver your package on time, we are not responsible for late shipments due to inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. If your package is delayed we will not offer a reimbursement of shipping charges. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times.

Do I have to be present to sign for my package?  
Only orders over $300 will require a signature at the time of delivery.

What happens if a package sent to me is refused by mistake?
Next Level Hair will not be held responsible for refusal of packages. Customer will be responsible for the additional shipping cost to re-ship a refused package.

What’s the delivery time on packages sent by Express Shipping?
Orders shipped via FedEx Express Shipping arrive in 2-3 business days. Express shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, rural routes and remote locations may arrive within 3-4 business days.

Do you ship products on holidays?
Next Level Hair is closed on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day, and we do not mail any packages on those days. Express Shipping is not available from December 23rd through Jan 2nd.

Any special policies for international orders?
International orders should be paid by PayPal to avoid holds placed on unverified international credit cards. If your payment information is unverified, we may ask for further documentation including card issuer contact information.
